Prices and general conditions

Price Information

  • Prices are per day until 11:00 a.m. of the following day.
  • For departures after 11:00 a.m., an additional day will be charged.
  • Gas and electricity costs are calculated based on actual consumption.

Check-in, Check-out and Quiet Hours

  • Check-in is possible during reception opening hours: from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
  • Quiet hours are from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Tourist Tax

  • From the age of 14, a local tourist tax of €2.30 per person per day is added to the indicated prices.
  • The tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Additional Charges and Paid Services – Camping

  • Electricity: €1.00 per kWh
  • Gas connection: €6.00
  • Gas consumption: €7.50 per m³
  • Washing machine/dryer token: €11.00

Additional Charges and Paid Services – Bungalow

  • Extra bed: €35.00 per day

Camping Regulations

  • During the stay, guests are required to comply with the campsite regulations. Entry to and stay at the campsite imply full acceptance of these regulations.

Cancellation Policy

According to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Unforeseen events can always occur, and cancellations are unpleasant for both parties. According to the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal is предусмотрено. However, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • In case of cancellation within 1 day before the arrival date or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount booked will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation between 2 and 9 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 90% of the total amount booked will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation between 10 and 30 days before the arrival date will be charged a penalty equal to 30% of the total amount booked.
  • In case of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fee will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival.
